Segundo publica a páxina web da Consellería de Política Territorial onte, 17 de xullo, a Conselleira asinou a Orde de Aprobación Definitiva Parcial do Plan Xeral de Ordenación Municipal de Taboadela.
Esto significa que en canto se publique no DOG entrará en vigor. Logo faltaría que o Concello publique no BOP a normativa e mailas ordenanzas correspondentes.
O feito de que a aprobación sexa parcial siginifica que alguns aspectos concretos (ainda non sabemos cales) quedarán suspendidos mentres non se subsanen as correspondentes deficiencias.
Penso que é unha boa noticia para todos porque o Concello levaba anos parado por mor deste atranco. Esperemos que o Equipo de goberno do Concello sepa aproveitar esta oportunidade. Por parte do BNG ofrecemos toda a colaboración, posible.
